About the class:
A pregnancy-safe yoga class, including meditation, beneficial poses connected by beautiful flowing movements, breath-awareness and relaxation. The class is fully guided in English and all levels of experience are very welcome.
Yoga is a wonderful way to support and empower you throughout your pregnancy, and to prepare you for birth. Prenatal yoga can have many benefits for pregnant students, including:

*Increased energy levels
*Release of tension and stress
*Community – meeting other pregnant ladies
*Fostering a deeper connection with your unborn baby
*Relief from common pregnancy-related ailments such as fatigue, nausea and back pain etc.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes for movement. We have mats and props at the studio but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. You can also purchase water at the venue.
